Plan Your Trip to 104 Canton Fair, China

Here are some of the relevant way for planning your trip to one of the waited exhibition of the year.

1. Book Flight
   The first thing is to make sure which phase of the fair you need to attend and book transportation according to your schedule. Flights are extremely scarce, many visitors had to cancel their trip due to unavailable flights or hotels in the past. Not to mention that the fair is one day shorter on each phase now. Be more careful this year as the Olympic Games will be held in China, all flights to China, Hong Kong and Macau in July and August are booked out already!
2. Book Hotel
   Guangzhou hotels are very limited due the high accommodation demand during Canton Fair, book in advance to avoid disappointment. Its required by Chinese embassy that all Chinese Visa Application must present a valid hotel booking confirmation letter for the stay in China.
3. Invitation (optional)
   Obtain your Canton Fair Invitation before you make any travel arrangements. With the invitation in hand, you know for sure that you can enter the fair.
4. Visa
   You need to consult this with your local Chinese Embassy. Please allow at least 10 working days for the visa.
5. Buyer Registration
   Get your Entrance Registration Card made at the Registration Office located at the Canton Fair or the appointed hotels. Passport and one of your business cards are essential for the making, bring along your photo and invitation letter if possible.
6. Enter Canton Fair
   With the Registration Card hang around your neck, you can enter the Canton Fair complex freely. Remember to bring a lot of name cards or business cards since everything booth you visit will ask you to exchange one. We strongly advised you to wear soft and comfortable walking shoes inside the fair.
